HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE
Every session begins with an initial consultation over the phone or through digital communications. I like to get to know my clients a little, know their expectations, and ensure we are a good fit for working together with the same goals. If you are interested, we can set a time for you to visit the studio to get a better idea and feel for the products I offer and what the outcomes of your session will look like.
STEP TWO
A non-refundable session fee of $900 is required to book your session. Sessions are best during the 32-36 week stage of pregnancy. You will have more energy at this stage than in the last few weeks, and your belly should be distinguished well. If you're having multiples, we may want to schedule a bit earlier, depending on how you're carrying. If you don't have your own pool, we will plan the location for the underwater session and ensure it will be heated if needed. An additional pool rental fee may apply.
STEP THREE
The fun part! Sessions are 3 hours long. We will play around in the water and get as many beautiful poses as possible. We can incorporate a chair at the bottom of the pool or any props if permitted.
STEP FOUR
I personally inspect every image individually and choose the best composured shots to perform my dreamy underwater edits to. Creating an underwater world that will amaze you! My client's favorite part of the entire experience is getting to see their beautiful images for the first time.
Your Viewing/Ordering appointment will be scheduled 1-2 weeks after the session. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to choose your Collection or Digital Package and decide how you want to display your work of art; prints, albums, canvas, or a variety of other handcrafted photo products I offer.

WHAT WILL I NEED FOR MY SESSION?
You may bring multiple outfits or come ready to be bare as I create a beautiful look with fabric. The possibilities are endless!!
HOW MUCH WILL I INVEST IN PROFESSIONAL PORTRAITS?
Prices range depending on your photographic needs. Your investment will start at $300. But your Art possibilities are endless!! I offer both full-resolution digital collections and heirloom-quality printed art pieces. If you have a specific idea of how you want your art displayed, we can make that happen!
We are a full-service studio which means your portraits can be printed and framed, wrapped in canvas, or arranged in a beautiful heirloom album.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY SESSION FEE?
Your session fee covers the time of the session, and the expertise of the photographer, the creative editing of your images. It includes a one-hour viewing appointment to choose your images and place orders for printed art pieces or digital files.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO I GET TO CHOOSE FROM?
A typical Underwater Maternity session will have between 24 images to choose from. Although you will hear my shutter clicking at a pace that may lead you to believe there are millions. I go through each image to ensure focus, composure, and lighting are spot on before considering the image. You will choose however many images to fulfill your digital packages or printed collections.
