HOW IT WORKS

STEP ONE

Every session begins with an initial consultation to learn more about your headshot needs. This is done either over the phone or through digital communications. I like to get to know my clients a little, know what their expectations are, and also ensure we are a good fit for working together with the same goals in mind. I have a questionnaire that covers everything I need to know to start planning your session. It includes what colors, styles, and imagery you are drawn to and if any, what products you are interested in. And if you are interested, we can set a time for you to visit the studio to get a better idea and feel for the products I offer and what the final outcomes of your session will look like.

 

STEP TWO

A non-refundable session fee of $150 is required to book your session. Headshot sessions can be held in my Bonsall Studio or outdoors. Here in Southern California, we have so many options to create beautiful backdrops for our imagery. Session times will vary slightly depending on location. If an outdoor location is desired, I will scout out the best hour of lighting for the session beforehand and adjust as needed.


 

STEP THREE

The fun part! You're all dressed up and looking sharp! Sessions are 20-45 minutes. I love getting a variety of looks in each session for you to choose from. However, you may only require a few looks depending on your headshot needs. 

 

STEP FOUR

The photos have been taken, individually and carefully looked at, lightly edited, and are ready to be shown. My client's favorite part of the entire experience is getting to see their beautiful images for the first time.  Your Viewing/Ordering appointment will be scheduled 1-2 weeks after the session. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to choose the photographs to be fully edited and choose what you would like to have as digitals, prints, or a variety of other handcrafted photo products I offer. This is your time to ask questions, place orders, and get excited about your images.

HOW MUCH WILL I INVEST IN PROFESSIONAL PORTRAITS?

Prices range depending on your photographic needs. Most clients invest between $300 and $800 for their Headshots. We offer full-resolution digital files fully retouched to your liking.
